We operate a "sit and wait" clinic, Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 10.30 am and 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm.
If you think your complaint necessitates being seen ‘on the day’ you can attend one of the “sit and wait” sessions (see above times) where you will be seen by either a doctor or nurse. You will not be given an appointment time, but we guarantee you will be seen during the clinic.
It is very important that patients attending the “sit and wait” report to the reception desk before taking a seat. They will be asked for a brief summary of the problem which will ensure that they are dealt with by the most appropriate clinician as efficiently as possible.

Extended Hour Routine GP Appointments: Each week we offer some early morning appointments from 7.15 am and evening appointments up to 7.20 pm. We also offer routine appointments on alternate Saturday mornings.
Nurse run clinics: There are a variety of Nurse led clinics running between 8 am and 6 pm - Monday to Friday
Cancelling appointments: We have a telephone line dedicated to cancelling appointments: 01249 717030. This is an answer phone service and available 24hrs 7days a week. Appointments can also be cancelled by telephoning 01249 713019 and 01249 712232 during opening hours.
Although we have up to three appointment lines being operated, this number is very busy first thing in the morning. If it is engaged, please be patient and keep trying. The receptionists will answer it as quickly as they can.
